Good News!

Over the past few years, we have seen a food revolution. Many of the unhealthy foods we love have been recreated in a healthy form. Here at Health and Wellness One, we want to pass on our great finds.  Below are our top picks.

Is pasta one of your loves?

If so, then try something new, different, and entirely healthy.

Make a great choice – switch from wheat to Tolerant pasta, made from red or green lentils, black beans, and nothing else.

These pastas are easy to cook, stay together well, and they taste great! We’ve made them with a wide variety of toppings and they have all been equal to or better than traditional wheat pasta.

If you’re gluten intolerant or just want to avoid the wheat, these pastas are organic and delicious.

An excellent choice is Beanitos. They come in several varieties, and they are all yummy! Our personal favorite is restaurant style white bean with sea salt, which are a lot like the tortilla chips you get at Mexican restaurant – but healthy!  Add salsa for a great snack anytime.

Don’t want the high fructose corn syrup of regular soda or the poisonous artificial sweetener alternatives?  Try Zevia.

Bread or pizza anyone?
